  Watchtower's Billion Dollars of Property Cannot Be Sold until Outcome of Conti Appeal

  30 minutes ago i just got off the phone with some important players in this case, and some things were relayed to me concerning a lot of details of the outcome of the last two days of court.

  i am passing this on.

  cynthia hampton, one of the main players in the candace conti case (and a close friend of 28 years), just informed me of a further, far more powerful move by the state of california against the watch tower bible and tract society of new york, inc.. by order of the superior court of the state of california - county of alameda (see documents below), until the watch tower's appeal, which won't begin until august 13th and will take up to two years to settle due to due process of law, has forbidden the watch tower to sell any more of its $1 billion in assets in the borough of brooklyn until the appeals case is finished, to assure they won't shelter their monies in the light of this most huge and devastating sexual abuse scandal ever to hit the watch tower society, and perhaps any other single-victim lawsuit.

  J.R. Brown wrote on June 20, 2012 on the JW Media Web site in the last paragraph:

  'The fact that Jehovah’s Witnesses abhor child abuse and strive to protect children from such acts is well-known.'

  Yah, right protecting JW children from child molestation is such a high priority! Why in the hell did WT take nearly 3 (three) F**KING weeks to respond to the Fremont Elders' first letter (from Nov 15, 1993 to Dec 3 1993)?

  Some more ‘color and detail’ that the WT writer added that I thought was a bit comical is found in par 15. In this paragraph Satan’s schemes of causing us to have a less than heartfelt zeal for God is likened to the diming of a light bulb from 100-watt to around 90-watt. If someone unbeknownst to me kept changing my reading room lighting to a lesser wattage day after day, I immediately would figure out that someone was playing a trick on me and not take it too seriously. Furthermore, it’s’ not like we can blame Satan for every small instance in our lives that may cause us to slow down in our service to God even in the slightest way.

  Blondie reference to par 11:

  'Yes, let us “add” to the bible.'

  I agree. Some things are best if left alone.

  The first sentence from par 11 reads: 'To make the lesson from Jesus’ brief illustration stand out clearly, let us add some color and details to this word picture.'

  As though Jesus Christ, the 2nd in command of the universe, needed any help!

  I thought to myself 'what lousy color and detail'. Who in his right mind would be out plowing a field when the rest of his family & friends are home enjoying food, music, laughter and shade? Unless of course he is the unsocialble type! The writing and teaching skills of WT really dooooo stink!

  J.R. Brown and the WTBTS may feel that they are the exception to what 1Cor 6:7,8 says:

  ‘Really, then, it means altogether a defeat for YOU that YOU are having lawsuits with one another. Why do YOU not rather let yourselves be wronged? Why do YOU not rather let yourselves be defrauded? To the contrary, YOU wrong and defraud, YOUR brother at that.’

  According to the Bible, WT is guilty on one count for sure: Disregarding what 1Cor6:7,8 says thus taking Candace Conti back to court. Rather why does not WT let itself be wronged and defrauded? Answer: $$$

  Candace had no choice but to take this matter to the court of the land. Especially since there are thousands of other children who have been molested with-in the organization like herself with no one coming to their rescue. Candace is very much like the individual who cries out: ‘See that I get justice from my adversary at law’. (Luke 18:3)
